 COVID-19 Precautions


We pride ourselves in the fact that we have always gone above and beyond to have a safe and clean environment and we have made a few changes/additions to our cleaning procedures which include:

  • COVID-19 waivers will be required to be signed by all clients prior to receiving a service.

  • Pillows from massage tables have been replaced with bolsters (same material as the massage tables) so they can be wiped down after every treatment.

  • Fleece face cradle covers will be removed for ease of cleaning. 

  • Eminence will not have displayed testers out for public use. Staff will sample out the testers of all products upon a clients’ request.  

  • Credit card machines, pens, countertops, door knobs, furniture etc...will be wiped down regularly with EPA registered approved products.

  • We will use EPA registered approved products to clean our restrooms regularly (hourly) and will have a written cleaning log posted in each bathroom.

  • Everyone entering the building will be required to either wash their hands immediately or use hand sanitizer, which will be available at the front desk and in all bathrooms and treatment rooms.

  • Virus and Allergen Eliminating Filterless Air Purifier that kills all viruses, germs, bacteria and mold will be in the common area on the main floor.

  • Portable Sanitizing UV Wand will be used on surfaces to kill all viruses, germs, bacteria and mold.


In order to maintain social distancing and health guidelines, we have implemented changes to our scheduling and office procedures as outlined below: 

  • Staff and clients will be required to wear a mask covering the nose and mouth at all times within the center. 

  • Staff temperatures will be taken upon entering the building (anyone who has a temp of 100.4 will be kindly asked to go home which could potentially impact your massage appointment, we ask for your understanding and flexibility during this time.).

  • If you have a scheduled appointment and have had a 100.4 or higher fever, we ask that you notify us to reschedule your appointment. Please be respectful of our 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • Therapeutic Foot Soaks will only service two clients at a time.

  • We are staggering appointment times to limit the amount of traffic throughout the Center. 

  • We will only be offering 30 or 60 minute appointments for approximately the next month.

  • We will not be offering any hot stone or bamboo for approximately the next month.

  • During this time, our tea bar will be closed for public use, any beverage requested will be prepared and given to clients only by the staff.


Things are constantly changing when it comes to dealing with COVID-19. We will be revising our precautions as needed. We are doing our best to create an even more safe and clean environment without interrupting your relaxing and therapeutic experience. We appreciate your understanding and flexibility as we deal with all of these changes.


We are excited to announce that during our closure, we have spent time improving and redesigning our website. We have made changes to our service offerings and our price list. Please visit for our updated pricing and service information. For many years we have operated 7 days a week. We will now be closed on Tuesdays to allow for staff meetings and refined business operations.

Pre-Screening Information & Consent Forms

Upon arrival, you will be asked to complete the form below and show proof of submission to a receptionist. One of the checkboxes on the form asks you to indicate that you agree to all terms indicated on the Waiver and Release of Liability document linked below. In an effort to reduce the amount of time that clients are in the waiting room, please review the waiver and release of responsibility prior to your appointment.

Cancellation Policy:  Because time for your session has been exclusively reserved for you, we require a 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your session. Otherwise, a fee will be charged. Should a substitute for your appointment be found to fill your time slot, no fee will be charged.
