Updated Cleaning and Procedures: 

We pride ourselves in the fact that we have always gone above and beyond to have a safe and clean environment and we have made a few changes/additions to our cleaning procedures which include:

  • Pillows from massage tables have been replaced with bolsters (same material as the massage tables) so they can be wiped down after every treatment.

  • Fleece face cradle covers will be removed for ease of cleaning. 

  • Eminence will not have displayed testers out for public use. Staff will sample out the testers of all products upon a clients’ request.  

  • Credit card machines, pens, counter tops, door knobs, furniture etc...will be wiped down regularly with EPA registered approved products.

  • We will use EPA registered approved products to clean our restrooms regularly 

  • Everyone entering the building will be required to either wash their hands immediately or use hand sanitizer, which will be available at the front desk and in all bathrooms and treatment rooms.

  • Virus and Allergen Eliminating Filterless Air Purifier that kills all viruses, germs, bacteria and mold are in all common areas, staff areas and treatment rooms.

  • Portable Sanitizing UV Wand will be used on surfaces to kill all viruses, germs, bacteria and mold.

  • Additional cleaning staff has been hired to clean the building 

  • All employees are required to follow all health protocols including proper hand washing, and cleaning, and disinfecting all surfaces. 

  • Every bathroom has doTERRA’s On Guard protective blend disinfecting soaps to ensure proper washing. (Please see link for more information). 

  • Cleaning products are in all treatment rooms 

  • Extra disinfectants have been added to every laundry load of sheets, towels, blankets, robes, etc. 

  • We ask that if you are feeling sick at any time, please stay home and cancel your appointment with us. We ask that our 24 hour cancellation policy be respected so that we can offer the appointment to another client that may be interested in scheduling.

Cancellation Policy:  Because time for your session has been exclusively reserved for you, we require a 24 hour notice for canceling or rescheduling your session. Otherwise, a fee will be charged. Should a substitute for your appointment be found to fill your time slot, no fee will be charged.
